Alcatel One Touch User Manual

  1. From the home screen, press the Center key.

  2. Scroll to Tools and press the Center key.

  3. Scroll to Bluetooth and press the Center key.

  4. With On/Off highlighted, press the Center key.

    Note: If Bluetooth is already on, skip this step.

  5. Press YES to turn Bluetooth on.

  6. If initiating the pairing from the Bluetooth device, scroll to Visibility and press the Center key. Follow the steps per the Bluetooth device's user manual.

    If initiating the pairing from the handset, ensure the Bluetooth device is on and set to discoverable or pairing mode.

    Scroll to Add New and press the Center key.

    Note: Refer to the Bluetooth device's user manual for specific pairing requirements.

  7. If Add New was selected, once the device is found, scroll to the name of the Bluetooth device and press the Center key.

    If Visibility was selected, skip this step.

  8. If prompted, enter the PIN for the device and press the Center key.

    Press YES to comfirm the passkey.

    Note: The default PIN for most Bluetooth headsets is 0000 or 1234. Other devices may have other requirements. Refer to the Bluetooth device's user manual for device specific requirements.

    Check both the handset and the Bluetooth device for any prompts, and if required, enter the passkey on the device(s).

  9. If a Device Name prompt appears, enter the desired name and press SAVE.

  10. The Bluetooth device is now paired.
