Planmeca 2002 cc proline error

Hello, I've the Planmeca Proline 2002 cc Ortho and the machine reports me the Error 57 in the display. I've turn off and then turn on the Ortho, but the error continues.
Can anyone help me?

remove the handswitch and turn unit off and on and see if it clears? could be a bad switch closed all the time

Is the hand switch the button you press to take a radiography? I don't have this piece instaled. I only have the autoprint machine instaled. Sometimes after the error 57 appears HE 2 it seems like the
Keyboard doesn't respond to the key press. Should I connect the handswitch? How can i install it?

Hi, you have problem in exposure button, praticaly is switched on. Open the exposure botton and also you can have problem in the extention cable. Put out the cable of extention exposure button and the error must deasapeare.

HE 2 Amalgam container is 100% full (only Metasys
or Dürr).
Replace or empty the container immediately.
The suction system cannot be used before the
container is emptied or replaced. See the
User’s manual for details.

i have Planmeca a Pm2002 panoramic x ray machine, and im having err 24 in this machine i do not know what does that mean as i do not have the service manula

ER 24 is primary slot motor timeout.
Cable or position sensor is broken or mechanical problem.
If you do not find solutionI can send you service manual.

We receive error 25 only after pressing Ceph button.
Collimator never goes to 4 position. On Pan mode everything looks ok.
